SENIOR STRATEGIST / STRATEGY DIRECTOR

We are looking for a Senior Strategist / Strategy Director
who wants more than owning decks. This role is about real influence. On clients, on people, on the way strategy is done at TRIAD. You will work with strong autonomy, share responsibility for key clients and pitches, and help shape the strategic culture of the agency. Not a solo thinker. Not an academic observer.  A partner who knows when to listen and when to challenge. 💪

You are a senior strategic mind with the confidence to stand behind your thinking and the humility to evolve it. 

You do not hide behind frameworks. You use them to bring clarity. 
You are comfortable in front of clients, creatives, and boards and you are not afraid to say “this will not work” when needed. 

You enjoy building others up just as much as building strategies.

You believe strategy should be: 

  • sharp, not academic 

  • human, not theoretical 

  • commercially relevant (and evidence based), not just interesting

  • Co-lead strategic thinking across selected key clients with clear ownership and shared responsibility 

  • Partner on new business and pitches and help shape the story, angle and ambition 

  • Lead and mentor strategists and help them grow real strategic confidence 

  • Challenge clients when their briefs, assumptions or ambitions are too small 

  • Shape internal strategy culture and how we think, brief and decide 

  • Translate complexity into clarity for creatives, accounts and clients 

  • Spread strategic know-how across TRIAD 

  • Cooperate closely with Creative Directors and leads 

  • Be partners to Accound Directors 

  • This is not a review-only role. You are in the work and responsible for its quality.

What do we expect from you? 🤝

  • Senior-level experience in strategy, agency or equivalent 

  • Confidence working with clients at decision-making level 

  • Ability to lead people, not just tasks 

  • Strong point of view and the courage to defend it 

  • Curiosity for culture, brands, business and human behavior 

  • No need to over-intellectualize when simplicity works better

  • You speak and write fluently in English and Czech/Slovak
