You’re a natural-born orchestrator – someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and process. You don't just follow the script – you challenge it when needed. You spot inefficiencies, raise flags when important steps are being skipped, and know when to ask "why" instead of just saying "yes." You're deeply at home in the communication industry and fluent in the world of social media – but you also understand how brand strategy underpins it all.

What do we expect from you? 💅

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in a creative or communication agency).

A solid understanding of how to run and grow a client account.

Strategic thinking combined with sharp execution.

Experience with budgeting, project management, and leading presentations.

Ability to communicate clearly, set priorities, and get things done.

Fluency in Czech or Slovak and excellent English.

Independence, the ability to find ways how things CAN be done. Proactively coming up with solutions and not being afraid to ask.
