You're a strategic partner to the client, not just an executor — you understand their business, anticipate where it's heading, and come with recommendations rather than options.

You spot problems early and bring solutions, not just escalations.

You're comfortable being the bridge between the account team and agency leadership — translating client reality into internal priorities, and agency direction into client-facing action.

You have led people before and you know leadership is daily work, not a title.

You have a strong commercial and financial instinct — margins, scope, profitability, and how to defend them without losing the client.

You communicate clearly in Czech (or Slovak) and English, in writing and on the phone.
What can you expect? 💻

Strategic ownership of a portfolio of senior clients, including international brands.

Direct responsibility for client profitability — scoping, pricing, budget control, and commercial conversations with clients.

Leading and developing a small account team: feedback, growth, hiring.

A seat at the leadership table — you'll work closely with creative and strategy directors and report directly into agency leadership.

Identifying opportunities for organic growth on existing accounts and contributing to new business when the moment fits.

Setting how account work runs in the agency — process, quality standards, the rhythms that keep things from slipping.
What do we expect from you? 🤝

agency account experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role (Senior AM / Group AM / AD).

Demonstrable experience leading or managing people — direct reports, mentoring, or running an account team end to end.

Track record of owning client P&L — budgets, profitability, scope, commercial negotiation.

Strong strategic instinct — you can read a brief, push back on it, and shape the response.

Comfort working with creative teams: you can argue for the work and argue with the work.

Fluent Czech or Slovak, professional English (written and spoken).
