How do we imagine you? 💃

  • You’re reliable and take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring their smooth and timely execution while supporting the Account Manager. 

  • Picking up the phone to call a client? No problem. Writing clear, structured emails? You’ve got it covered. 

  • You’re organized, keeping track of timings, to-dos, and priorities like a pro. 

  • You ask questions—lots of them. Whether it’s your team, Google, or ChatGPT, you’re constantly learning and looking for answers. 

  • You’re comfortable balancing structure and a bit of that healthy creative chaos that comes with agency life. 

  • You speak fluent Czech or Slovak, and your English is excellent—written and spoken. 

What can you expect?🤳

  • Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including bold and exciting brands. 

  • Supporting the team in delivering global communication projects for a brand managed right here from Prague. 

  • Learning on the job—coordinating smaller projects, supporting the Key Account  

  • Collaborating with the creative, strategy, and production teams. 

  • Communicating with stakeholders and brand managers worldwide, both written and spoken. 

  • Contributing to brainstorms on some occasions—because here, no idea is too crazy, and the best concepts come from teamwork. 

  • Gradually growing into a partner for clients and suppliers by proactively communicating, solving problems, and spotting opportunities.

  • Some experience in a similar position—ideally from an advertising or marketing agency—or relevant internships, projects, or personal initiatives.

  • Ability to communicate briefs, timings and potential obstacles openly and clearly 

  • Keep up with the latest trends and be ready to apply them to your own projects. 

  • Gradually become a capable partner for clients and external suppliers. 

  • Proactively coming up with solutions and not being afraid to ask. 

  • Curiosity and hunger for learning, professional and personal growth.
